Herbal Mixture to Support the urinary system

Dandelion leaf: Dandelion is commonly used as an appetite stimulant and diuretic and can help reduce water retention and promote a healthy urinary tract.
Chemicals in dandelions may decrease inflammation and swelling and increase the production of urine.
 
Burdock root: A 2015 study found that burdock root could treat biofilm-related urinary tract infections. Research published in 2017 found that burdock might also kill other types of bacteria
 
Raspberry leaf: has been used as a uterine tonic and general pregnancy tea for at least two centuries
 
Marshmallow root: One 2016 study suggests that the soothing effect of marshmallow can relieve internal irritation and inflammation in the urinary tract. Research from 2015 also suggests that its antibacterial effect may be useful in treating urinary tract infections.
 
Nettle leaf: Studies in people suggest that stinging nettle, in combination with other herbs (especially saw palmetto), may be effective at relieving symptoms such as reduced urinary flow, incomplete emptying of the bladder, post urination dripping, and the constant urge to urinate.
 
Green tea: Green tea contains a rich supply of plant compounds called polyphenols, which are well known for having strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects. Epigallocatechin (EGC), a compound in green tea, has demonstrated potent antibacterial effects against UTI-causing strains of E.
 
Use: Herbal Infusion: Place in a pot 2-4 Tablespoons & 3 cups of water, bring to the boil, then simmer for 25mins, strain herbs and allow herbal water to cool. Drink 3 cups per day as required for therapeutic use.
